Do you accept credit card?

Credit card and Paypal are the most convenient ways to accept payment.  Unfortunately, Paypal and the major credit card companies do not allow kratom sales. We would love to offer card as a payment option. There are ways to temporarily get a merchant account to sell kratom, which is why some vendors can take card. But it is part of a predatory system that we do not wish to be part of. The rates are excessive, and funds are held for month before they are paid out. For more detailed information in this, you can  read the “Payment Methods” section in the footer of the website. We wholeheartedly appreciate customers who help us avoid being a part of that system by using other payment methods.

How fast do you ship?

We typically ship same or next business day. We aim to ship orders placed by 3:30 eastern time within the same business day. If there is an issue with your order, such as an out of stock item, we will typically contact you at the email address you provide within one business day of payment arriving.  Your order is important to us, and we make every effort to ship it as soon as possible.

Do you ship weekends?

We ship Monday through Friday.

Do you offer discreet shipping?

Yes. All packages are shipped discreetly. We usually use priority mail packaging or plain packaging. Our return address does not indicate anything regarding our website.

Do you ship internationally?

We will ship internationally where the products are allowed as long as the buyer agrees to assume all risk of arrival. We do not ship any live plants internationally.

Do you ship to my state?

We do not ship to any states or areas where kratom is banned for sale. This includes but isn’t limited to VT, OK, AR, AL, WI, IN. Please check your local and state laws before placing an order as this list of areas can change.

Where do I send returns back?

Email us at first to arrange your exchange. You can send the product back to the return address on the package, but change the addressee to”Returns Department”.

Do you do wholesale?

Yes, we offer wholesale. Please visit the Wholesale section in the footer of the website for a list of availability, and send us your inquiry by email.
